Clients are everything: without our clients, we wouldn’t exist. So client satisfaction is #1 for us.
Real results: we don’t care about hype or fancy KPIs. The only thing we care about is RESULTS. We live and die by our the results we get for our clients.
Relationships over revenue: we’ve tried putting revenue over relationships in the past. It doesn’t work. People are more important than money, and our relationships with our clients are more important than revenue.
Relentless honesty: we don’t believe in beating around the bush. We believe in HONESTY. It’s a two-way street where we both give feedback and ask for it in return.
MVP: This stands for “minimum viable perfection.” Perfection is a dream, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do our best with the resources given.
Against the norm: we’re not “normal” marketers (or, heck, even “normal” people!). We spend our Friday nights tweaking client campaigns. Our idea of partying is creating kickass YouTube videos. To us, what we do is fun.
