In this video we cover the #1 trick to ranking FIRST on Google. Why does this matter? When you’re visiting a new city for the first time and want to find the best restaurant, what’s the first thing you do?
Google it! And I’ll bet you’re not going to pick the restaurant that has 3 reviews with a 2.5 star average rating. You’re going to pick the restaurant that has the MOST 5-star reviews because you know you’ll have a great experience.
Your future customers are no different! They’re out there looking for the BEST spa in their area RIGHT NOW. If you’re not #1 on Google that means they’re NOT choosing your spa.
They’re choosing someone else. So, what’s the BEST way to make sure you have dozens or hundreds (or even THOUSANDS) of 5-star reviews?
Easy…ask for them!
After a customer is done with their session (but before they leave), ask them if they’ll give you a 5-star review.
To sweeten the pot, give them an incentive to do so, like a discount or an upgrade on their next appointment.
Now, I know what you’re thinking. “I can’t afford to give discounts!” But, the truth is, you can’t afford NOT to rank #1 on Google.
Every day someone outranks you on Google is a day that customers go to THEIR spa and NOT YOURS!
Sure, you might not make as much money on your next booking, but consider the very small, very short-term loss in income as a marketing INVESTMENT in your business.
Getting a 5-star review on Google is PRICELESS and will do more to EXPLODE your business than charging full price on one future session.
